If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can truly make a difference in people’s lives, you could be the right fit! The Leasing Consultant supports the leasing operations and financial performance of an assigned apartment community for Pieper Properties.
Primary responsibilities include interacting with prospective residents, communicating the value and overall experience of living at a Pieper Properties community, and securing lease agreements.
The Leasing Consultant also communicates lease expirations and facilitates lease renewals, and assists with property marketing activities and resident events.
*Qualifications* * Property leasing, sales and/or customer experience * Ability to meet and exceed sales objectives * Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends * Excellent follow up skills via email and phone * AppFolio experience a plus * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel Employment with Pieper Properties is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and possessing a valid driver’s license.
