Our Full Time Groundskeeper at Drexel Ridge Apartments and Seasons at Orchard Hills could be a fit for you! We've been in the industry for over 35 years and are growing daily.
We have over 30 communities throughout Wisconsin, with many more in the works, which means the opportunities are endless and the fun has only just begun.
Here's what you'll do: Perform light maintenance including changing light bulbs, testing smoke and fire alarms, assisting with getting apartments ready for new residents and painting Ensure all common areas are cleaned and ready for residents Perform seasonal grounds work to ensure the property is clean and well maintained You will split your time between 2 properties (Drexel Ridge and Seasons at Orchard Hills) to create your Full Time status Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm-During the winter, mandatory hours will be required for snow events.
