Regional Property Manager

Our company is currently seeking a full-time, highly experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee our Milwaukee Area portfolio.
This position will include oversight of day-to-day property operations and leading our on-site management teams to success! The Regional Manager is expected to: Have a minimum of 10 years experience in a regional management role overseeing no less than 1,000 units.
Have a strong work ethic and demonstrate integrity, responsibility, intelligence, and dedication to our organization.
Hire, train and evaluate Property Managers.
Conduct weekly property inspections with on-site managers.
Assess properties and vacant unit maintenance needs regularly.
Work closely with leasing and marketing teams to reach occupancy goals.
Act as Property Manager when necessary, if management is out of office.
Possess strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize conflicting demands and meet deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $75,000.
00 - $125,000.
