The Apartment Rehab Technician will be responsible for the completion of renovations to the apartment dwellings at our properties in the Metro Milwaukee area.
From demolition through final finishes, this person will take on each project in its entirety.
The ideal candidate will be a self starter and enjoy working independently.
*Qualifications and Requirements*
\* Valid Driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance is required
\* Experience with light plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance installation, and drywall/painting repair
\* Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally
\* Own basic set of hand/power tools
\* High School Diploma or equivalent
\* Willing to travel to different property locations throughout SE Wisconsin, as needed
