Our Assistant Property Manager position is available specifically for an individual to assist at our beautiful Broadway Common Apartments.
We are looking for applicants who are interested in living on-site or who are currently located within 15 minutes of the area.
Applicants should be well organized and detail oriented, as well as possess strong multitasking and time managements skills.
Must have the ability to adapt and perform in a fast paced environment, as well as possess strong problem solving skills.
Prior property management or leasing agent experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities include: Leasing, resident relations, rent collection, showing and renting apartments, inspecting properties, answering calls, overseeing contractors, minor maintenance and more.
Applicants must have reliable transportation.
