Need something furnished
I don't need anything fancy and actually prefer rustic, rough or work in progress.
I do love the sound of creaking floors, squeaky beds and the smell of an old home.
However, I'm open to whichever as long as it's the right situation.
I enjoy cooking although I'm no chef, I do not bake.
I actually enjoy cleaning and organizing.
I'm open to living with one or others.
I'm very much a home body and wouldn't have anyone over however I certainly don't mind if you do as long as it's okay for me to be there.
I prefer someone or others that enjoy having me around and doesn't keep me tied to just one room, unless you insist.
I'm extremely open-minded, very casual, can be shy at first or at least until I get comfortable.
I love thrift stores and trying on old clothing.
I prefer someone to not be the same and be a bit more open, forward or even somewhat aggressive in getting to know me to consider me as a possible candidate to be your roomie.
I want to experience somewhat how it would be like living with you or others.
I can pay upto $700 and am certainly open to less.

I have quite the imagination and certain environments really get it going.
I don't smoke, don't mind if you do, I drink socially and it does not bother me if others like to indulge as long as their not mean drunk.

I'm not worried about privacy.
I work full-time from home doing customer service over the phone.
I've been at this job for about 8 years now and I love it especially with working from home and not having to get dressed to go to work and I certainly don't miss the commute, yes I have a car.
I'm open to meeting and discussing any arrangement and would prefer to meet a few times with you or even your friends if they are over often before you make your decision.
I prefer to stay in the Milwaukee and surrounding area so those out of state or those that just want pics, need not respond please.
