Live in butler/chef/caretaker (Milwaukee)

Hi I am a 53 year old Hispanic male born and raised in Milwaukee.
I am a retired real estate broker of 21 years with references to my ethics and professionalism.
In the past years I have taken a passion to cooking.
My other passion is helping others.
I volunteer at SDC cooking for the less fortunate and homeless.
Well enough of myself.
In my older years I don't want to live alone and was hoping to find someone that could use help around the house.
I can provide meals, cleaning and running errands in return for a small room to stay in.
I am very quiet and to myself.
I don't smoke, do drugs or drink but don't mind if you do.
I am ok with pets but do not have any of my own.
I have passed background checks for my licenses and have good credit.
