Retired 40-Year Teacher Looking for Private Room (Brown Deer/Mequon)

I am a white, straight, retired 40-year teacher who is looking for a private room (off-street parking preferred).
In my retirement I am working driving a school bus in Mequon with 6-9 am and 3-6 pm shifts.
So I need something within 20 minutes or so and that I can sleep in at night.
I am professional, friendly, respectful and extremely well published.

) But can no longer afford ever-increasing rents and still have any quality of life.
If possible, I would like to find a perfect situation so that I can stay.
I like driving a bus (I am in training again) and hope to be a tenant for a while.
