Looking to Rent from Single Dad (Shorewood)

Objective: Find single father with 1-2 children (school aged) (1) who has a large single family home, (2) with 2 bedrooms for rent and (3) needs $1,500/per month rent.
We (myself and 2 middle school daughters) have done this before and it worked very well.
I have a place right now - and pay $1,500; but it's super small.
I would need to give 30 days notice.
I'm gainfully employed with same company for 21 years, financially stable, and just enjoy having another adult in the home to talk with.
I can't live with another female - it just doesn't work for me.
Would need quiet / calm / living situation.
Goal: Find 4-5 bedroom single family home, in Shorewood with 2 bedrooms for rent.
