ISO room to rent or Studio apt (Oak Creek)

Fun outgoing and professional 47 year old female looking to rent a room and prefer a private bath in a space with another female on a month to month basis.
Will also consider studio and one bedroom units.
I work as and early childhood professional in Oqk Creek so I would like to stay near that area.
I am looking for a move in date as soon as possible and hoping that if there is the right fit we can add on money on rent each month to help pay the security deposit.
I am looking to spend no more than $500 on a room to rent and $700 on a studio or one bedroom apartment.
