Retired Teacher Looking for Room Near Beaver Dam (Beaver Dam)

I am a white, straight, retired 40-year teacher who is looking for a private room (off-street parking preferred).
In my retirement I am driving a school bus nearby, 6-9 am and 3-6 pm shifts, and publishing.
So I need something within 15 minutes or so of the bus terminal.
I am professional, friendly, respectful, ethical, considerate, altruistic.
I don't smoke, drink, or have any other vices that I know of.
If possible, I would like to find a comfortable situation so that I can stay for a long time.
I like driving a bus and hope to be a tenant for a while.
