I am relocating back to Milwaukee from the DC metro area in Spring 2024.
Its when I begin the very daunting task of finding a room rental.
Hence the reason I am placing this post now.
Upon my return, I will be starting the next chapter of my life.
With this new beginning I am seeking a drama free, quiet existence.
I am an over 55 senior lady, clean, quiet, and reserved.
I do not drink.
I do not smoke, nor do I do anything illicit.
I stay to myself and will not bother anyone unless absolutely necessary.
The housing I am seeking would be female only due to my religion.
It must be very clean, very quiet, free from pests and free from any and all substance abuse including alcohol, and drug usage, as well as free from verbal or physical abuse.
I am ok with a cat owner so long as the cat is not in my room.

The necessities required are as follows.

*Use of a kitchen for cooking small meals.
*A private furnished bedroom that includes a full sized bed, a dresser and a closet in which I can hang my dresses.
*Use of washer and dryer 2 times per week.
*Off street parking for 1 vehicle.
***Wifi, internet and TV are not required, and I am willing to help with the electric cost and I do NOT require personal toiletries, food, linens, laundry supplies from you as I provide those things for myself.

About my employment.

I am returning to work for Staff Works in West Milwaukee upon my return.
I'll be working 1st shift Monday to Friday, from 7am to 3pm.
I leave very early for work around 4am, and return back to my room between 4:30pm and 5:30pm, at which time I shower, cook a small meal and prepare for my nightly prayer vigil.
My off time is spent in prayer, reading holy scripture, going to religious service, studying at the library and shopping for my necessities.
And no, I am not a religious zelot.
Nor do I push my religious faith onto anyone else.
However if you are curious about my religion, please feel free to ask.
As far as rent goes.

I can provide 1st, last and security deposit, as well as sign a long term lease if necessary.
My monthly budget is $600/month for rent.
Current rental reference can be provided if required, as well as personal references if necessary.
My time frame for relocation is Early April 2024.

*No money will be paid prior to viewing the rental in person.
*A written lease is a must.
*Any information required from me will be given at time of viewing the rental, including my personal references and rental reference.
