SWM Looking for room share (Milwaukee)

Looking to be taken in as a roommate.
I don't have much so prefer it to be furnished.
I'm not picky about the room or home (Pics may be a bit of exaggeration) Although they are intriguing and am open.
However, I'm certainly not interested in a rodent or bug infested environment.
I really love to cook, no baking and love the satisfied feeling of a clean house after I do the cleaning, so you don't need to worry about that.
I'm also open to do weekly laundry.
Not overly worried about privacy and prefer someone/others that are a bit open/prefer/aggressive/non-shy in really getting to know me.
I don't want to be tied to just one room as I hear about many other roommate arrangements in which one is not invited or comfortable coming out of their room.
I'm 43yo ,very open-minded and casual person, work from home doing customer service over the phone.
I've been at this job for about 10 years now so it's a very stable job.
Able to pay upto $500 but there is a little flexibility there as well depending on the situation.
I want and need to trust you and your friends, if they come over often so I'd prefer to meet a couple times before we decide for you to take me in.
Social drinker, nonsmoker and zero drugs now or ever in my life.
I drive and wouldn't have anyone over so no need to worry about others/strangers in your home.
I'm open to other areas but PLEASE do not respond if you're out of the state of Wisconsin.
Open to all ages,lifestyles and interests.
I will not just send you my phone number without you sending me yours first.
I've had horrible experiences with various ads I've posted or responded to with receiving unwanted calls and robocalls.
