room for 1 male (milwaukee)

it has to be near public transit and a frequent route.
ex; hwy 100 , Gold line.
i would very much prefer a room in a house vs apt but will consider apt.
if in house / must be main floor or upper level room.
i lead healthy life style.
i am male and I would prefer to room w/ a professional male.
