Fem Looking For Room (Waukesha)

Hello! Due to unforeseen circumstances I am looking for an apartment or room to rent.
I’m looking for a private landlord or owner.
I’m an extremely hard worker and am willing to do house work in exchange for room/lessened rent.
My budget is 700 or under.
I have two dogs so ideally a fenced/yarded property.
I’m open minded and am looking to find someone who is flexible and willing to help out.
