I would strongly prefer laundry on-site, as I do not have a vehicle to drive to a laundromat, but that means that parking is also NOT even a consideration.
I'm a 51 year old female with no kids, grandkids, or pets.
I live my life by the Golden Rule, respect people's property, and am as clean as I can possibly be.
I am on SSDI, so my budget is a not as high as I would like, BUT my income is GUARANTEED each month, and as a 50+ adult, rent is always my FIRST priority.
I have been in the same HUD building for 9.
5 YEARS.
It has become extremely unsafe, with management not conducting background checks for new residents.
I would appreciate any consideration you could give me for becoming your new roommate!
