It was originally two rooms before we took out a wall -- all combined, it's basically half of the top floor.

Bathrooms are Private, but there are 3 of them in this house, and only 2 of us, so you can unofficially claim one if you want.

There's a garden in the back you can use if you want.
We're located right in the center of West Bend, so everything you need -- shopping, gyms, schools, downtown, restaurants, the library -- is very close.
Walmart is a 7-minute drive, and that's my farthest regular stop.
UW-Milwaukee at Washington Country is about 7 minutes away, and Moraine Park Technical College is only slightly farther.

She's quiet and easygoing, but old (20), and kidney disease is starting to wear her down.
Maximizing her quality of life in her final years is a top priority for me.
