$450 / 860ft2 - Looking for roommate (Milwaukee)

It's simple I live in a 2 bedroom apartment in Milwaukee by my self I pay 1000 every month myself and it would be easier to split rent I am 30 years old male open to living with a guy or girl who can keep clean.
