Both of your bedrooms have great sunset views.
There is a large open living & dining area, a corner lot with large yard and 2-layer deck, main floor laundry, easy access to Hwy 16 and public lake access within walking distance.
A small pet is allowed without extra deposit.
I have 2 tiny dogs and cat.
Split electric, internet & lawn mowing via riding lawn mower.
Split TV service? Water, snow removal & garbage included.
No smoking inside.
Minimum 6 month sublease.
