We are expanding and seeking an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats.
The position can be full or part time.
As our new Customer Service & Sales Representative you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, process policy change requests, answer phones, greet office visitors throughout the day, make outbound calls to sell and market our insurance products, help current and new clients with insurance quotes and coverage reviews.

The right individual for our team will have their property/casualty license and will have insurance industry knowledge and experience.
This position offers a base salary plus generous bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities
Process customer policy change requests.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
Claims follow up calls.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
Requirements
Property & Casualty License
Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
