*Position Title: Bilingual Insurance Advisor * *Position Summary:* Join our team as a Bilingual Insurance Advisor where you'll be an integral part of our growth journey.
We're seeking a motivated individual fluent in Spanish and English, passionate about helping clients protect what matters most to them while delivering exceptional customer service.
*Responsibilities:* · Proactively generate leads and cultivate relationships through diverse channels, such as networking, referrals, and cross-selling.
· Educate clients on insurance product features, guiding them through options, premiums, and deductibles.
· Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring seamless policy renewals, assisting with claims, and adapting coverage changes as needed.
· Cultivate long-term client relationships to enhance loyalty and drive retention.
· *Qualifications:* · Demonstrated experience in sales, marketing, or customer service.
· Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a team.
· Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty License (training provided).
