*Position Summary*
Under the direction of the Route Manager, delivers products and promotes sales to existing accounts in established routes.
Demonstrates products/service and provides assistance in the best application of the products as needed.
May set up displays or arrange products on counters and cooler shelves.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* Deliver product in a timely manner to all accounts assigned to their route.
* Order products for route as what is needed to service customers correctly, seasonal changes, competition, and company guidelines on service.
* Use history in handheld computer to assist in the ordering and maintaining proper product distribution.
* Make proper adjustments to orders for any variations in sales as soon as possible to control out-of-stock and stale products.
* Talk with account managers or store owners a minimum of twice per month.
* Ensure all stale products are picked up and out of stores according to date codes.
* Get signs (promotional) on the shelves for all items that are on feature in accounts.
* Communicate verbally (voicemail) or in writing, to a management person, any special needs of a customer as soon as possible.
* Keep vehicles maintained and washed properly.
Do not let any problems go unattended.
* Responsible for all money collected from all cash accounts, the money must be turned in daily.
* Collect any receipts (money) paid on charge accounts recorded and turned in properly to KFF.
* Pursue extra space in accounts, continue to request space from the competition and let your manager know what it will take to get the space.
* Communicate any injuries as soon as they occur.
Fill out accident report within 24 hours of the accident or injury.
* Communicate any vehicular accidents as soon as they occur.
Contact police if there is any damage to any vehicle or property.
Make sure an accident report is completed.
* Safety-You must always wear your seatbelt when the vehicle is moving.
* Ask account manager/owners for extra space for our features.
These promotions will be starting in January and will be explained prior to implementation.
* Account for all products assigned to your load each day, any variances need explanations.
* Complete any paperwork pertaining to your job in a timely manner when asked by management.
* Attend all sales meetings unless you are on vacation or excused in writing by management, the meetings are mandatory.
* Rotate product in accounts according to date codes.
* Wear uniforms provided and approved by the company only, keep your uniforms clean and presentable.
* Abide by any rules accounts may have pertaining to vendors.
* Maintains a professional manner through personal conduct, leading by example and exhibiting a willingness to accept the changes that may occur daily due to the nature of our product/business and deadline demands.

* Valid Driver’s License and a good driving record.
