Lamplight Farms, home of the TIKI® Brand, is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Social Media Marketing Intern to play an active role in helping us grow through social media.
This distinctive opportunity offers exposure to pivotal areas within our marketing department: social media management, influencer marketing, content creation, and other brand marketing activities.
As our Social Media Marketing Intern you will not only gain hands-on experience, but you will also learn Lamplight Farms’ business and operating model.
This is a paid internship that can be flexible working around your class schedule with part-time hours during the school year and a full-time schedule in the summer.
Your Responsibilities
Support the growth and management of the company’s social media channels through implementation of campaigns and content to drive business goals.
Provide content creation, scheduling, and reporting support for all TIKI® Brand’s social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Conduct social media marketing research, keeping up with current trends to share new ways to engage and grow our audience.
Utilize social media marketing tools, such as Emplifi, to monitor and evaluate social media presence and performance.
Assist in developing, executing, monitoring, and analyzing influencer marketing relationships and campaigns.
Your Qualifications
Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field of study
Knowledge of Social Media Platforms: Proficient in using major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
Content Creation Skills: Ability to create and edit engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video content.
Social Media Analytics: Familiarity with social media analytics to track and analyze performance metrics.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating effective social media posts while learning and adhering to TIKI’s brand standards.
Graphic Design Skills a plus: Basic graphic design skills using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for creating visual appealing content.
Naturally collaborative in small and large teams; Can also work independently and confidently without continuous oversight.
The Benefits

This position is located at the Lamplight Farms Global Headquarters in Menomonee Falls, just off 41.
Lamplight Team Members work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week; hybrid work options available.
