Edgeless Beauty Group is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the day-to-day accounting responsibilities, complete the financial reporting and month end closing.
This role will also oversee the completion of the general ledger, sales and use tax filings, payroll and tax filings, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Essential Job Functions:
Oversee all accounting and finance functions
Month End close – prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, inventory adjustments, tuition revenue recognition, cash flow, account and variance reconciliations
Oversee payroll processing, payroll tax payments and payroll tax filings
Work with senior managers to implement cost control strategies and monitors progress.
Creating, analyzing, and presenting strategic financial planning
Lead for all audits including, financial, 401(k), and Worker’s Compensation
Create and monitor budgets and forecasts
Stay current with accounting standards and compliance
Plan and analyze annual compensation increases and changes to compensation plans
Develop company’s benefits strategies and oversee the implementation of the company’s insurance benefits (health, dental, life, 401K, etc.
)
Utilize Edgeless Beauty Group values to guide accounting department in supporting team member development
Required Technical Skills, Education, Experience, Training and/or Credentials:
To perform this job, team member must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Required Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
5 years previous experience in similar position within accounting with management responsibility
Preferred CPA certification
Experience with product distribution, warehouse inventory, etc.
Effective verbal and written skills
Demonstrated ability of performing financial planning & analysis
Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic financial decisions
