This position will be part-time, Thursday - Saturday.

Job Responsibilities:
Answer all incoming calls within three rings, ensuring a Five-Star guest experience
Schedule guest reservations accurately and introduce each guest to a minimum of add-on services.
Take guest product and gift card orders
Maintain and report service schedules, timing, and pricing in Zenoti
Keep current with products and services, including timing, benefits, and pricing
Provide education to guests regarding company initiatives and beauty industry trends
Attend and actively participate in monthly department meeting calls
Support Neroli location social media content creation
Demonstrate flexibility by handling other duties as assigned by leadership
Participate in goal-setting and contribute to the overall success of the team
Other duties assigned by leadership
Required Qualifications:
Hospitality experience in a call center environment, with preferred outbound and inbound call experience
Exceptional communication skills with guests and team members
Well-versed in the beauty and wellness industry
Strong customer service skills with a sales-focused mindset
Proficient in administrative tasks using the Zenoti computer system
