Union Carpenter JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a full-time skilled Journeyman Carpenter.
The ideal candidates must be proficient in steel stud/drywall, acoustical ceilings, millwork, and rough and finish carpentry.
Applicants should be highly motivated, detail oriented, customer focused, and be able to work in a team environment in a corporate atmosphere.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Perform carpentry duties on project sites.
Maintain clean and safe job sites, adhering to safety procedures at all times.
Work with Construction team on project status on a regular basis.
QUALIFICATIONS: Part of the Union and journey-person status.
Carpentry includes: Demo, Steel Stud and Drywall, Acoustical Ceiling Tiles, Rough and Finish Carpentry, and Interior Finishing.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a continuous basis.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Able to work independently or with a team in a corporate environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Commercial Interior Construction Good mechanical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Process-driven and detail-oriented.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Enjoy and excel in customer interaction.
