As the Project Manager - Corporate Operations, you will have oversight on the estimating of construction and related logistics services including on-site supervision and project management of large scale projects.
You will collaborate with a variety of teams for the full length of projects and provide clarity to all parties on the scope of work needed.

Project Manager - Corporate Operations Responsibilities
Keep involved in the development, design and pricing phases for large new build opportunities as defined above.
Work with design teams to ensure deliverable meets client budget expectations
Attend Ballpark meetings with design and estimating to ensure designs are tracking on budget
Perform value engineering of the final design redlines in the estimating process to ensure client budgets and Derse margin expectation are met
Review estimate for general agreement with completeness, hours, materials, and subcontract estimates before submitted to client
Review all show service Budgetary Guidelines for accuracy to ensure budgets account for all on site materials and the various trade labor required before submitted to client
Ensure all rules and regulations are followed for booth structure and hanging signs including overhead ceilings and double deck structures to avoid the need for sprinkler systems.
Account for all engineering stamps and show management approvals as required
Make sure all permits, engineering stamps and other site requirements are accounted for in the estimates for special installations and exterior booth structures
Manage projects or assist/oversee Divisional Project Managers on large fabrication projects as defined above
Ensure quality put-to-detail meeting takes place on project to implement all value engineering items included in estimate
Approve all detail drawings before submitted to shop for accuracy and completeness
Ensure all scope changes are captured in writing and submitted to the AE with dollar impact and approval date.
Severe quality, timing, or budget problems must be put in writing to the Project Management Manager and Account Executive with immediate solution.
This information includes the problem, the estimate and the solution and needs to be documented appropriately.
Travel to show site as determined / required to supervise installation of large projects
Using JDE as a tool to manage all costs to estimate.
Oversee the quality of put – to – work meetings
Work with Divisional Management to resolve department quality, timeliness or budget issues
Ensure Project Managers meet quality, timeliness, and budget objectives and work with MPM’s on employee issues related to the project
Ensure adherence to corporate preferred supplier program
Ensure complete physical files and digital files stored in client folders on network
Requirements:
Project Manager - Corporate Operations Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and or 8 + years of relevant experience
Extensive show site experience with large booth installs including rigging and lighting
Advanced user of Microsoft office, including strong proficiency in Excel
Extremely organized, detail oriented and able to multi-task
Must be self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines with little to no errors
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed for client obligations
