*Job Title: *Moulder Operator
Immediate openings for experienced Moulding Operators.
The knowledge and understanding of common shop equipment is required for application.
Necessary cabinetmaker skills include but are not limited to, ripping, running, sanding, knife grinding of custom Moulding.
Prior experience in cabinetry or general carpentry is a plus ,but be willing to trained the right person.
Pay will be commensurate with experience.
*Requirements/Qualifications*
* Use of tools to include table saws, band saws, miter saw, nail and screw guns, reading architectural drawings, production tickets, and ability to read blueprints.
* Experience using: Weinig Moulder, Raymond Rip Saw, Weinig Knife Grinder, and Spindle Shapers are a plus!
* Painting and mold finishing experience a plus.
* Attention to detail and product finish
* Moderate physical activity in product production.
* Handling and storage of material
* Helping others as needed
* Inform Lead person when projects are completed
* Need to be able to work independently
* Quality control of material and workmanship
* Ability and willing to work 50+ hours (with overtime pay)
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere
