We are Hiring a Lead HVAC Installer to join our team!
This is a lead position performing retrofit / changeout installation for residential and light commercial equipment.
Taking care of our customers and training of new installers.
We offer company paid training including NATES Certifications, and dealer training for the equipment we install and service.

Job Title: Lead HVAC Installer
Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 4:00pm, with occasional overtime
Pay Rate: Up to $38.
00 per hour, depending on experience
what you will be doing:
To lead installation jobs for residential and light commercial customers
Installing heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience
Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high-quality and timely job performance
On the job training for new installers
We are a Bryant Factory Authorized Dealer
Qualifications / Skills:
Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
3 years of installation experience
EPA Universal Certification
NATE Installer Certifications or obtain within 6 months of employment and keep status current
Proficient in all HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork systems
Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting and installation of all residential and light commercial systems
Able to train and supervise others
Exceptional Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
Experience in all HVAC low voltage systems
Ability to consult on customer complaints and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company
Able to invest time in company paid service training seminars and classes
Ability to test and balance systems
Understand and apply all codes for residential and light commercial applications
Have own basic hand tools
HVAC trade school certification desired
High school diploma or its equivalent
Pass background check & drug screen
