*Position Overview*: As an Electromechanical Technician at Legacy Bakehouse, you'll be an essential part of our production team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electromechanical equipment.
You'll perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to keep our production lines running efficiently.

*Responsibilities*:
• Conduct routine maintenance on electromechanical equipment, including but not limited to conveyors, mixers, packaging machinery, and robotic systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical problems to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
• Repair or replace faulty components, such as motors, sensors, switches, and control systems, to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement improvements and optimize equipment efficiency.
• Perform inspections and tests to ensure equipment compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts inventory, and equipment history.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
*Qualifications*:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or technical certification in electromechanical technology or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience as an electromechanical technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
• Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
