*Maintenance & Remodeling Services LLC* is a growing company located in West Allis, WI that offers general contracting, demolition, siding, rough framing, finish carpentry, painting drywall and numerous other services to both residential and commercial sites throughout Southeastern Wisconsin.
We are looking for an experienced and dependable *CARPENTER* to join our team.

*RESPONSIBILITIES:* Responsible for working with our Project Managers on various residential and commercial jobs.
Must have experience with home and commercial remodeling, from demolition to completion, with an expertise in both rough and finish carpentry.
Good communication skills and maintaining client satisfaction throughout the construction process is critical.
* Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients.
* Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials.
* Fitting and installing window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim, cabinetry and molding * Construct building, rough framing (includes wood studs, steel studs setting hollow metal frames * Installation and repair of various types of siding, soffits, and fascias * Installation of cabinets, base and crown * Materials take-offs * Completing thurough job notes and communicating progress with Project Manager *QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS* Applicants must have at least 5 years of previous Carpentry experience, a thorough understanding of both rough & finish carpentry, along with all the skills associated with home remodeling.
This position requires the ability and willingness to work in a team environment, interacting with other employees and clients.
Along with: * High school diploma or GED * Valid driver's license with a *clean driving record (NO EXCEPTIONS)* * Proven experience in residential/commercial remodeling or construction * The ability to safely operate power tools and have your own hand tools * Knowledge in construction layout, adjoining materials, full understanding of the construction process, quality standards, safe practices & efficiency standards * The ability to lift/carry 80 pounds consistently * Excellent time management and communication skills * Strong leadership skills and a mentoring attitude * Experience operating aerial lifts and skid loaders preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.
