Power wheelchair technician (S Milwaukee)

In need of a technician for some quick questions.
I have a 2020 Permobil F5 with 7 miles on it.
The batteries were dead but I brought them back.
The chair sat for 2-3 years.
It is an eye-level with tilt, recline and leg lift.
The problem is that the chair does not recognize the ICM functions.
The chair will turn on but but not move and I can not find anything online to solve this.
The ICM switch does not light up and the turtle shows a flashing inhibit of sorts.
The fuse is good in the ICM I would like to get this moving so somebody can use it.
Why would it not turn on and go as it did before it was put into storage? It makes no sense that it would loose its memory.
