Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

*Pitman, Kalkhoff, Sicula & Dentice*, an established personal injury firm in downtown Milwaukee, is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for its general liability practice.
The successful candidate must be able to work independently, be well organized and able to effectively work with clients.
Experience in plaintiff's personal injury is a plus.
*Duties include*: * Direct client communication; * Calendar and track deadlines; * Procure, review and summarize medical records; * Schedule & Track all depositions; * Assist with mediation and trial prep; * Other duties as assigned by the attorneys.
*Requirements:* * Strong background in pleadings & discovery practice; * Experience with MS Word, Outlook & Excel * Excellent communication skills and attention to detail; * Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment, * Ability to take direction and open to training.
*Salary commensurate with experience.
