Litigation Paralegal

Kopka Pinkus Dolin is seeking a full-time, certified Paralegal to join our established insurance defense practice in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin office.
Primary Responsibilities: * Responsible for a heavy civil litigation desk.
* Managing the litigation process for each of your files.
* Drafting legal documents such as motions and discovery.
* Working with medical records (summaries and chronologies).
* Scheduling Independent Medical Examinations and expert depositions.
* Assisting with trial preparation.
Including but not limited to: trial notebooks, exhibits, jury instructions, and motions in limine.
* Assisting with deposition preparation.
Skills/Knowledge/Education: * Knowledge of Outlook and Expert Case, or other law practice management software.
* Minimum of five years' insurance defense experience.
* Ability to stay organized while multi-tasking.
* Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
