Do you have an excellent customer service mindset, and a passion for technology? We are looking for a person with experience in supporting Microsoft Office Suite, proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and who is willing to learn and take a proactive approach resolving both software and hardware issues.
Experience with legal applications including iManage, Bighand, and Litera is a plus!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Excellent customer service skills are required
Respond to Help Desk calls and emails, log user inquiries and solutions into the ticketing system and update as needed.
Provide follow-up communications.
Experience with legal document troubleshooting & review
Assist with creating & maintaining support documentation
Provide mobile device support (Apple and Android phones)
Install, move, and maintain all PC’s and other computer equipment
Assist with imaging of desktops and laptops
Review weekly Help Desk calls to ensure that outstanding Help Desk issues are resolved in a timely manner
Assist with the setup and troubleshooting of conference calls (Teams and Zoom)
Attend product education session on currently used products and keep up with new products within the industry
Attend necessary internal training sessions as requested
Periodic travel to all Godfrey & Kahn offices
Flexible scheduled is required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Associate Degree in Information Technology or equivalent experience
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
Proven ability of problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with competing deadlines
IT Help Desk or Software Support experience preferred but not required
