Throughout its history, it has been a staple business in the Mukwonago community.
We are a full service retail and service shop, with a professional service department, new and used bicycle sales, comprehensive supporting parts and accessories, as well as rentals/demos.
We are a growing operation, and we are looking for highly qualified, self-motivated individuals to accommodate our growth.
*Role Description*
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Mukwonago, WI.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, managing and building relationships with clients, generating and pursuing leads, and setting sales goals and quotas.
The Sales Manager will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and staying up-to-date on industry news and developments.
*Qualifications*
* Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
* Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
* Experience in analyzing market trends
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related field is a plus
* Experience in the cycling industry or related field is preferred
* Knowledge of Bicycle Maintenance is preferred
* Strong organizational and project management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.
00 - $50,000.
