Pulse Technology is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing Sales Team.
This position involves selling a full line of award-winning imaging products, software solutions, professional video displays, and managed services.
We are looking for highly driven individuals who have a positive attitude, with excellent customer service skills.
To be successful in this role; you must be very driven, competitive, and resilient.
You must be technical yet sales-oriented, team-focused, aggressive, and have great people skills.
*JOB OBJECTIVES:* * Prospect and qualify potential clients daily to ensure an adequate revenue pipeline.
* Act as a liaison between potential and current clients and the company to ensure customer’s expectations are met and goodwill maintained.
* To manage and support Account Executives in assigned accounts within your given territory in an exceptional and timely manner, following the sales process in discovery, assessment, alignment, validation, proposal, and on-going business reviews.
* Completing all required paperwork in a timely manner and up to standard * Ensure you are versed in all products/services Pulse Technology sells * To meet personal sales goals and objectives in a manner that does not discourage cooperation among other sales personnel and other key employees.
* Attend scheduled sales meetings and ensure proper information flow between management, so that stated sales goals and objectives are met.
* Complete all manufacturers’ training courses and any other assigned training courses by the dates are given by management.
* Any other duties assigned by the Branch Manager.
* Business Development Executive hours are 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM * Hours may vary due to meetings, networking, training, etc.
*PLANNING:* * Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
* Generate strong sales pipeline/call lists by preparation of goals, activities, and education * Communicate all needs to supervisors, providing as much advance notice as possible.
* Provide Sales Branch Manager with business and/or activities plans as requested.
* Conduct daily/ weekly plan and review sessions Sales Branch Manager to include driving key activities, client strategy, training, and problem-solving.
* Attend weekly one-on-ones to ensure preparation for weekly schedules and track monthly sales goals.
*PERSONAL:* * Manage time effectively through keeping priorities in order.
* Display high ethics, character, and commitment to the business.
* Maintain general organizational skills through personal planning.
* Display initiative in handling accounts and making the business grow.
* Maintain a stable, positive daily personal disposition.
* On a monthly basis, proactively drive towards personal self-improvement.

* Always follow the company policy procedures.
*Qualifications:* * Bachelors’ Preferred * Experience in digital imaging and office equipment/products industry, software solutions, or document management is preferred.
* Proven and demonstrable selling capabilities within a B2B setting * MS Office proficient *Earnings:* * Uncapped earning potential via a base salary plus simplified commission structure, based upon % of every dollar sold.
