Roles and Responsibilities
The Candidate will be responsible for the wing to wing responsibility for Cardiovascular product in the filed, new product development as well as product roadmaps.
Will work closely with the cross functional teams to deliver these products to the market.
Strong interaction with engineering, marketing, sourcing, service, regulatory to drive drive product delivery in the market.
Maintain KOL relationships and build new ones.
Gather voice of customer (VOC), market trends and competitive dynamics to drive product development, create products and features pipeline, and plan individual products/features development.
Generate market and user requirements documents, presentations and supporting materials to align all functional groups behind a VOC-driven product development plan
Part of NPI program core team to lead cross-functional program teams (Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Quality, Sourcing, Integrated Supply Chain, etc.
) to create proposals for new product developments, finalize product specifications and drive the product development to the commercial launch.
Work with global product marketing team to develop and execute new product launch cadence and launch plans, including product positioning/messaging, sales and applications specialist training, and marketing campaigns
Support global sales activities on an as needed basis
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, engineering, or other related fields
7+ years of medical technology product management, product marketing, or program management experience
3+ years of experience in the Computed Tomography industry
DESIRED CHARACTERISTICS:
MBA or other advanced degree in business, engineering or marketing fields
10+ years of medical technology product management, product marketing, program management, or engineering experience
5+ years of experience in the Computed Tomography industry
Proven experience learning technical products
Demonstrated experience creating, implementing, and managing multiple projects
Able to travel
