Internship Program Structure: Duration/Schedule: part-time during the school year & full-time during the summer months Hybrid flexibility: 1-2 days a week in the office Start Date: April 2024 What you'll do: Assist with scheduling virtual and on-site interviews Participate in campus recruitment and support university relations Identify new and creative ways to source top talent Lead/participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects Day to Day Support of the Talent Acquisition Team What you'll need: Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
Cumulative GPA of 2.
75 or higher.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills to assist employees with questions.
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Planning and organizational skills.
Time management skills.
Attention to detail.
Ability to succeed in a team environment.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
What we'd prefer: Human Resources Information System (HRIS) or Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience.
Customer service experience.
Recruitment or talent sourcing experience.
Familiarity and/or experience with HR practices and HR law.
