Business Strategy Intern (Leadership Development Program)

Position Summary: Our Business Strategy Internship (Leadership Development Program) is designed to give the highest-potential MBA students the opportunity to work directly with Executive Team members in a rapidly growing business.
Direct Supply drives innovation in the senior health industry, and this 12-week internship offers an opportunity to experience the unique culture that fosters its strategy.
Projects: Our Business Strategy Interns work on challenging, high-impact projects that play an important role in our company’s long-term success.
The internship will culminate in a proposal and strategic recommendation to the entire Direct Supply Executive Team.
What You'll Do and Impact: Develop business models that utilize Direct Supply’s strengths and capabilities.
Create a feasible business plan to guide the implementation of a new concept.
Determine innovative ways to help our customers serve the elderly.
Learn the nuances of each of our lines of business and shared service groups.
Build an understanding of the Direct Supply culture.
Experience: Bachelor's degree, and currently enrolled in an MBA program 3+ years of professional experience Demonstrated success defining, leading, and executing projects; ability to manage and execute in ambiguous situations Entrepreneurial spirit to think and act boldly Demonstrated propensity for balancing strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking Ability to influence and manage change effectively at all levels within the organization Concise and proactive in both written and verbal communication Ability to lead and influence multiple stakeholders Proven history of acting with a high level of Integrity Job to be performed in the location listed.
